Wrap-Ups

February Wrap-Up

February was a little haphazard for me.  I started a lot of books, but I had a hard time really sinking into anything for a lot of the month.  I read some romance (of course), a few graphic novels, and a handful of books I really enjoyed.  I started taking a free online Yale class which requires a lot of reading, so that’s been keeping me busy too.  So, here is February:

  • Books Read – 22
  • Pages Read – 5369
  • Average Pages/Day – 192
  • Average Days Per Book – 1.27

4.5-5 Star Reads

4-Star Reads

I sometimes have a vague notion of what books I want to read next.  Usually my “TBR” is determined by mood and when my library books are due.  (I said all this before, so sorry for the repetition!)  So, how well did I stick to my TBR for February?

Out of Fifteen Books, I Read:
A Separate Peace
The Cutting Season
Pachinko
March Book Three

So, not great.  Haha.  I DNFed one, The Handmaid’s Tale, and you can read my review to find out why.  I know you’re curious!  I am buddy reading another book, and so I am reading along with the group (spoiler: it’s my mom and sister), which is probably most of the reason I didn’t finish that one (Uninvited).  I started six, and plan to finish them in March, probably.  This is why I don’t usually make TBRs.  🙂
